You don't really need an i7 in a gaming rig. I'd go with a cheaper i5, then use the saved cash to upgrade your GPU.
8GB of RAM @1600MHz is more than enough. 16GB@1866MHz is overkill is all you're doing is gaming.

So you're going pre-built? [i]ew[/i]. I'm sure you've heard it a thousand times, but building your own is truly the best way to go. Assuming you can't build it though, I'd recommend buying a cheaper, non-gaming PC from a reliable company such as HP or Dell, then buying a discreet GPU separately and installing it yourself.

All of those are way overkill for gaming, so I would just go with whatever the cheapest option is.
