Should: A more direct and active role by expanding the training program in Jordan, opening up a training program in Turkey (if not already), helping and assisting the Kurds in their fight against Da'esh, more powerful weapons to vetted groups, and maybe even military advisers. We should also be doing more to help the rebels become more unified and cohesive. If worse comes to worst, maybe even a no-fly zone in the South. Is: A light training program in Jordan, non-lethal and some lethal aid to groups in the north, few anti-tank weapons in the south (test run, so I'm fine with that), little to no support for the Kurds, and some diplomatic support for the SNC.
