I believe taking away fire arms will only cause more violence because more people will be defenseless which shootings occurs where there is no one or a few people in the immediate area to stop them so I believe the only guns we should not be able to acquire are militarily grade and that they have to do more extensive background checks before anyone can buy a gun. That includes people with tier 3 licenses because maybe they committed a crime after they got the license.
