Whine Whine Whine. These are just a few threads I pulled out of a random page search in the Reach forum.
These are generic examples like the incredibly generic threads that get spammed here day after day. 'What class will you be?' 'Density is going to be Awesome/Epic/Best thing since sliced bread' etc etc.
I can't wait to see this forum degenerate into whining and chaos as soon as people get their hands on the game.

Give them time and they will learn not to expect everything from Bungie I have witnessed the launch of every Halo and can state that none of them lived up to the hype surrounding them. Except maybe Halo 2

My expectations of Density are that it will be the degree of compactness of a substance.

Well my expectations are that its a halo borderlands cod mix campaign that you run into other players during events. Maps won't be skyrim huge but big enough to satisfy a explorer. We will have strikes tiny coop mission. We will have pvp at certain locations. We will have the tower to mingle. We will have the patrol area missions which I think will be the most used genre next to pvp and raids. We will have story campaign. And we will have for the real players the 6 man raids(dungeons) or whatever they are gonna call them, hope they are super tough. Plus some mini games probably racing and gambling or other stuff. Knowing bungie there will probably be a pvp map editor to where we can make our own maps and game types. (Guessing) Im expecting a great game but not expecting like what WOW did or Halo. Everything in this game has been done before just all meshed together to make what will be a awsome game. I am totally excited mostly to see other peoples guardians and their play styles and im hoping that our weapons and armor really do make a huge impact on the game. Like you go into a match and you see a guy running an item that heals him over time so you get an item that does damage over time to counter his regen. Or you have an item that is resistant to snipers ,but weakens you to shot guns and vice versa. A lot of rock paper scissor stuff. Its a run and gun game I know but I hope it gets tough to where it makes you feel umm how do I put it lol LEGEND.

1 ReplyI came into this thread wanting to be angry with you. But I can't. You have made some good points. Destiny will be good, maybe even great. It will not change my life to the point that I ascend into godhood as a result of the awesomeness I have witnessed.

1 ReplyWhile your evidence seems good your after release sampling is missing a key population... Those who are happy with and busy playing the game. Before release this population has time and the desire to post in the forums, after release they are filling their time with gameplay. They are talking to friends in game and feel no need to post. That leaves the dissatisfied to come back to the forum and post their rants without the threads being counterbalanced by the satisfied.
