I played the campaign again, and stopped letting the Internet cloud my judgement. MP still sucks though.

The MP isn't just a "thing". It's one of the most important, if not THE most important, entity in any main Halo game. You might think so, but in today's world, multiplayer is considered by a lot of folks to be the most important. If more people held your values, why would Titanfall sell so well, a game with virtually no real single player? Oh, and one more thing. LOL at spending $60 on 8 hours of single player. You might as well own a Playstation if single player is your priority.
