Either way, You'd be wasting your money because Russia will shrek them regardless of a few vests bought by foreigners.

Yeah I suppose you could look at it that way that they are doomed to fail, but if the invasion kicks off and succeeds at least partially there will definitely be a significant guerrilla war and those items will be useful to them.
