What do you have that can produce that kind of power.
-
05 nissan 350z
-
Sounds like it will be expensive.
-
Probably over 10k
-
10k for a 700hp increase. I'm going to need a source or something because that just doesn't add up.
-
It doesn't add up to me either...
-
I mean to do that you would need a fully built engine, forged internals and all. Plus you would probably have to upgrade the trans. All of that is expensive and way more than 10k. Who told you that you could do that?

Edited by Celt: 4/30/2014 6:06:17 PMThe company just said if you want 750+ wrhp you're going to need supporting mods and upgrades to your engine. It'll be more than 12k but everything else would need upgrading such as the air intake, manifolds, new tires, new rims etc.

What company is it?
-
IPS Motorsports.

I just don't see getting 3 times the power for around 12 plus with labor,. It just doesn't add up.
-
They tack on sales tax plus the dyno tunning.
-
It still doesn't add up. I would check to see what all they're doing and get an estimate before I took my car there.
-
Yeah that's what I'm going to do.

Edited by A Forum Cop: 4/28/2014 9:09:47 PMI know someone who said they could get a 2.0L civic, get it to 1 000 HP, and get a proper drivetrain + proper powertrain and an AWD conversion for under 40k.

I have no idea but 10k for 700hp increase doesn't add up. The civic is more believable because civic parts are dirt cheap.
