Look i'm pro-2nd Amendment and all, but Guns should not be allowed in those places.

It is still illegal to have a gun on you when intoxicated.

yea, do you honestly think the guys at the bar are going to be like," hey i'm drunk and this dude really wants a piece of me, i better not shoot, thats illegal".

I don't think you understand. People with guns aren't allowed to drink at all. Just having the gun while intoxicated is illegal. They don't make the decision not to shoot after they are wasted, of course that wouldn't work. And before you say that they will forget or that they'll ignore it or whatever, generally people with CCW permits are upstanding citizens that understand the laws regarding guns, otherwise they wouldn't have them.

Yeah I knew what you meant, but seeing as I live here I'm gonna be extra optimistic that the law works how it was intended. :)
