I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Bungie has stated they are a company that makes console shooters. There is no PC development because they are launching on four consoles, if they believed PC was worth it they would never have developed for the 360/3.

Ya it would be more work to make a PC Destiny, but don't forget Halo was big time on PC before it was huge on 360.
