  • Just out of curiosity, have you played a Halo game? I know there are a lot of longtime Playstation fans here now that haven't had the chance to play one.

  • Yes I have, all of them in fact. Im quite a big fan I just prefer ballistic style. It makes it a tad bit more skilled IMO but I think Halo did hitscan pretty well. Like I said just prefer ballistic.

  • I see your point. I agree for the most part, though it's strange because while ballistic does firm a big skill gap, it has to be done extremely well. Take Halo 3, the BR was a great example of a nicely done ballistic weapon . If you were good you could wreck people. On the other hand, I feel BF4 over did it a bit, to the point where it some how lessoned the skill gap a bit from BF3, to more of a COD style play where the first person to see the other wins. I guess that has to do a lot with kill time too, I loved the slow kill time in Halo 3, it gave you so many opportunities to outplay someone.
