Is there any other accounts you may have created that it would be linked to? Or have you never linked the Microsoft account? What you may have to do is create an account with your Microsoft log on, if it lets you, then create a "Dummy" account and link it to your Microsoft account and then unlink your Microsoft account and merge it with your PSN account.
