Marvel really stepped up their shit with this one for sure, fantastic movie.
[spoiler]Is the whole story of the winter soldier with Bucky part of the comics? If so, I'm interested to see how they continue to the next Cap. America film, if it happens[/spoiler]

Yeah bucky is supposed to be the WS. He eventually will be his sidekick obviously.

Only if you are ready: [spoiler]Rumlow, they guy who got burned up but lived in the helicarrier explosion will be rebranded as "Crossbones" and want revenge on Cap. He will team up with the Red Skull's daughter and they ultimately will shoot and apparently kill Captain America. (he doesn't in fact die, though it looks that way) In the mean time Bucky steps up to be Captain America until Steve returns. [/spoiler]
