The real question is, why do we still use Daylight Savings Time?
English
-
To save the precious daylight!
-
because farms.
-
Farms work from when the sun goes up to when it goes down. Doesn't help.
-
You should learn some history bro.
-
As a person living on a farm. Daylight saving time changes nothing!
-
I believe you but farmers were the excuse the US government used when first implementing DST.

Daylight Savings has always been about saving a couple bucks on energy costs from it's first major implementation during WWI to the US's ten month long DST during the 70's oil crisis.

I never said the farmers supported it. My point was that the government used them as an excuse.
-
Because, our governments are stupid.
