I don't know anything about this, but it looks like Wanna-be survivalist RP taken a step too far.

Pretty much. That guy seemed awfully -blam!-ing casual about waltzing into an area SWARMING with feds and attempting to take it by force. If he and a bunch of other people actually want to -blam!-ing try it, more power to them. I just can't imagine this ending well if they're being serious.
