In some ways? I'd agree. Overall, I liked 3 more. Especially the setting. New Vegas is an empty desert.

NV has more content. 3 is mostly empty city and some really annoying tunnels. If you think NV is just empty desert, you haven't played it.

I have played it. It may have more content, but more content doesn't make a better game alone. It did have better DLC for sure. The state Obsidian released it in is already a huge turnoff to begin with.
