Can we have a #clan?
Or #group, #guild, etc? #Community should be more about B.nets community obviously not really recruiting. Plus #Community is pretty barren and new member would find plenty of clans all at once and people wouldn't post their recruitments in #Destiny, #Gaming, or #Offtopic.

Lets start with this, Tell people that blatant recruitment threads for groups don't work anywhere in any tag. Bungie allows groups to make some of their group threads as public conversations in the tags relevant to their group discussion. This is a very effective way to get people to notice what your group is all about and will garner interest from other members, where as #recruitment threads do not.

I think it's fine for now, but a separate forum would be nice for the months surrounding release.

2 RepliesVery good idea. Even #Recruitment would be better suited for those topics. Since the mass movement of all recruiting topics to #Community, it has become clogged and many of the more interesting topics have been pushed way down the list. What say you Bungie?

I'm shooting for a lot more subforums for #Destiny once the game actually comes out. I mean, you know, I really hope that's the case. If it isn't then the forums would be pretty damn unorganized amongst all the clan recruitment threads and loot guides.

Yes, it is under "More" at the end. Click on it and scroll down the right column till you reach #clan. There you go (:-)

We used to have a Clasifieds Forums to post all sorts of stuff on B.net old. Web team might want to revive it in B.next as # Classifieds.
