Doomsday will most likely be largely CGI, like the hulk. Having a human build, even any size of human, would look bad for Doomsday.

Yes, but Momoa has animalistic properties that makes him ideal for Doomsday. And Johnson is too... 'regal' for Doomsday. He's too old for Cyborg. Black Adam makes more sense, if he can master a good accent.
