Anything can be a sign of poor mental health today and it's -blam!-ing annoying. Just because somebody may tell a lie, that doesn't make them a damn sociopath. Might as well give everybody medication and be done with it. And I'm saying this as a person who has ADD/OCD/ and social anxiety disorders
When I was a kid, I didn't get any medications or support for my issues. I was treated like a regular person and was taught/disciplined like one. Now I'm happy I was treated as such because control over my issues is far greater than people who was raised with meds and treated special

Medication should simply be an aid to treatment (therapy, etc.) if treatment isn't very effective.
