Okay imagine this you have a helmet that stops headshots a chestpiece that increases health some pants(not sure if they are adding pants or shirt and pants are together) that boosts speed and a gun that does a crap ton of damage. Will you die? Probably not and that will ruin a bit of gameplay with friends and if you are in pvp how are they going to take of your exotics armor.

Understandable. But imagine if you had found a secret fallen base wayyyy off the beaten path. If you had to beat 3 bosses at once with their difficulty turned up and earned that no head shot helm. If every piece of exotic is supposed to tell a story then it better be a good one. An exotic should have its special effect to be balanced with the difficult in obtaining the item. I don't know. I'm playing dark souls 2 right now and I'm starting to come back to reality and realize that Destiny wont be that difficult of a game. Don't mind me. Potato

You got a point but if you have a full set of exotic people will just think you either hacked, exploited, have too much time on hands or think its not fair that you have a crap ton of exotics and they have none.
