Bungie wanted to be an independent company once more and didn't want to making Halo and only Halo for the rest of their existence as a company, so they negotiated leaving Microsoft. And since M$ owns Halo, Bungie couldn't take it with them. If they could have, they'd have gladly taken the Halo series with them when they went.....would have been for the best >__> Unfortunately we're left with the series in M$ hands and with 3fail3idiocy running it into the ground *sigh* .....hopefully all the rumors constantly going around all the time eventually prove true about Microsoft scrapping/selling off the Xbox division and Bungie can get back what's rightfully theirs, or at least it wind up with someone that will actually respect the series and do well with it....
If they could have, they'd have gladly taken the Halo series with them when they went.....would have been for the best >__>
So, letting the company that constantly used Halo as a test bed for other projects, released games with unfinished, nonsensical and/or inconsistent camapigns is for "the best"
Unfortunately we're left with the series in M$ hands and with 3fail3idiocy running it into the ground *sigh*
Ah yes, because K5 = The entirety of 343i's output doesn't it?
.....hopefully all the rumors constantly going around all the time eventually prove true about Microsoft scrapping/selling off the Xbox division and Bungie can get back what's rightfully theirs,
Wow. Wow. Wow. You actually want the Xbox division to go down, simply because you don't like the direction 343i took? You actually want thousands of people to loose their jobs because you didn't like a single game?

You got a point

Why, so they can make even more halo games with unfinished stories, half of a story, or contradictory stories? Bungie ran Halo into the ground with Reach.
