Bungie have officialy said that they "make console shooters" so I'd say the chances aren't good. I'm pretty sure I remember seeing that one of the new gen consoles has, or will soon get, mouse and keyboard support. Wait till destiny comes out, then see if you think you'd get enough playtime out of it to be worth buying a console for. You could even get a second-hand 360 or ps3 to play it. Even if you'd prefer mouse and keyboard, at least you'd get to play it!

http://controllermax.com/ with this you can use keyboard and mouse on xboxone xbox360 and ps3, and can define what keys do what. PS4 has native keyboard and mouse support, but there's currently only one game that allows you to use it in-game. Though I think the ps4 is the best console you can currently buy, a lot of the games will be ones you can play on PC, plus the CronusMAX doesn't work with the PS4, meaning you can't define your inputs. PS3 has really long download and install times, so your best bet is going for one of the xbox consoles.
