What planet do you think will have the best loot and why?
I actually think that Earth itself will have or at least should have the best loot. It was the "capital planet" for humanity, and therefore should have the most riches hidden away in the ruins. What do you guys think?

Which ever planet has the most raids. Venus is looking to be my planet if choice for loot farming, but once the game comes out it'll probably change.

Ah the best loot. Great question. And for that, there is no answer. Only another question: will my fully upgraded (for the sake of argument) superior weapon I found while scouring the ruins of Old New York be better than your brand spanking new exotic you found in Charlemagne's vault on Mars? (btw, the answer is probably yes) Why? Investment, my dear Watson. Your new Thunderlord may have a lot of fancy bells and whistles but my fully upgraded Pulse Rifle may having homing bullets or some other intense ability that we can't even imagine. It all comes down to how you use it. Long story short, there won't be a single location that has the best loot. Yes there will be certain areas with better loot; but for all you know, you missed an exotic in a cave on your way to a mission that rewards you with a common. It's all relative.

I think the worst will be the moon but I can't tell between the extremely military gear on Mars and the advanced tech of Venus

I think that in the beginning of the game, earth will have the best stuff. Every other planet you CAN travel to will be way to difficult and enemy-filled to explore. Then you get enough stuff yo survive while exploring the moon and you find better stuff there. Then you find enough stuff to explore mars and you get even better stuff there and so on. And when you go back to planets, they will be planets you already "conquered" but u find an enemy there u didnt know was there before, you go after them and it's a pretty even match despite your gear. Then you get the same level reward as you got as the current planet your in the process of "conquering".

If Bungee makes any one planet/area with the [b]best loot[/b], [i]Then they aren't doing their job![/i] what Bungee has said is that different areas will be unwise/near impossible to explore when in the lower levels, although you may attempt it at any time. This obviously would imply that better loot in general would tend to be gained in the "Higher Leveled Locations".

I don't know if it'll be THE best, but inside the hellmouth on the moon, after beating that chained up dude, I bet there is some super sick crap up for grabs.

I think the Vex Citadel on Venus holds awesomely futuristic high tech high value epic treasures from future and past, since they can time travel.

Anybody thinking maybe mercury? I mean because it's right next to the sun so maybe the armor and stuff has adaptations to heat and would be really cool looking and possibly hard to get to mercury?[spoiler]ship upgrades [/spoiler]

I think venus or mars should, frontier planets/colonies should have all the best tech to help the colonies protect themselves etc. (but we all see how it helped :() Just my thoughts
