If you want to compare PC hardware and price to consoles, your requirements should be 720p at 30FPS in order to get a fair comparison, not max resolution and frame rate.

No, no, no, no, no. PCs are supposed to be master rice. If they're not perfect then there's no point in getting them seeing as how consoles are inherently better. If you wanna do a fair comparison then maximum settings native 1080p 60 fps because that's how consoles should be anyway. The money would be more than consoles. So people who say that PCs are better are stupid unless you're not poor.
