It's more likely that it's the remainder of the global mute that he triggered on Charlie a while back. Every post gets blackshielded, even if he posted it less than a minute ago. Aside from rose finally leaving, it would be impossible to blackshield it in less than a minute even with all the dedication in the world. Or sad obsession...

Well, it appears not but what I think happened was that the global mute was removed by the webteam but the black shield was a part of a global mute. I think that while they scrapped/removed it, they didn't get rid of the shield thing as well. I can see your thread on another browser where I'm not logged in and it's not hidden but still black shielded. So yeah, I hope that makes sense...

It doesn't even silence them. That's what I don't get. What's the point? Is there a shield filter or some mechanic that bombs disliked threads? It just seems like a tremendous amount of work to do nothing. I didn't even notice it until someone pointed it out yesterday. That's how effective the attack is. I didn't even know it was happening, and had been happening for weeks until someone pointed it out.
