Maybe people are so oblivious to executive action and bypassing the Congress because Congress is the most non-progressive, divisive and partisan institution of almost any government.
That being said, the House Republicans are being less nativist and actually opening themselves up for immigration reform.

Especially when that same government is corrupt and incompetent as a whole, including Barack. (Well senator Barack would also be highly disgusted with president Barack before he became a symbol of contradiction)
