In need of what? Everyone on this planet is in need of something. They need to go out and get it.

You preach about human rights but because this is not in America it doesn't matter right?
-
They have every right to defend themselves, of course principle matters which is why I'm encouraging them to get it. There's nothing we can do to help them, we only make things worse.

It literally takes two minutes to read the article, Cam.
Up to a million children live in areas which are either under siege or very hard for relief agencies to reach, while around three million have had their education completely disrupted. More than three million been displaced inside Syria - a threefold increase in the space of a year - and 1.2 million - more than half the total number - have become refugees abroad, up from 260,000. Some 425,000 refugees are under five. In addition, many children have had to start working early and very young girls have been forced to marry for financial reasons. Boys as young as 12 have been recruited to support the fighting.
That doesn't answer my question. Why is this news? Why are they still there? Why don't they overthrow their tyrants like we did?

Ever heard of the revolution?
-
Why is this news?
Because you have five million children alone is disastrous conditions?
Why are they still there?
Because their only other option is to attempt to flee the country, not be kidnapped, -blam!-, or killed by pro-Assad forces or rebel extremists while doing so, only to make their way to refugee camps in border nations that are vastly overcrowded and do not have enough food and shelter to go around, and disease is rampant. Hell, there have been reports that children are being used as human shields.
Why don't they overthrow their tyrants like we did?
Have you not heard of the Syrian Civil War that's gone on for 3 years?
-
And? Plenty of people are like that in America. That isn't news. Or they could simply leave and live on their own. No, good luck to them. Hopefully they have the will to overthrow their oppressors.
Remind me again of the last time 5 and a half million children were at risk of death in America. Please.
Or they could simply leave and live on their own.
Where, oh great one? Either you get blown up in your country or get arrested/killed trying to flee into another country (Aside from refugee camps). There is no place for them to go.
And? Plenty of people are like that in America. That isn't news. Or they could simply leave and live on their own. No, good luck to them. They aren't anywhere close to winning.

From incompetent parents, constantly. Anywhere they desire. No one has the authority to arrest you for freely traveling. There is plenty of places in the world for them to go. It's THEIR problem. There's nothing we could do except make it worse.

Well, I could just drive my car, but no gas...Whelp, we're walking hundreds of miles across battlefields and just pray we aren't murdered. Great.
It's THEIR problem. There's nothing we could do except make it worse.
Lol. Cam, outsiders are already intervening. They have a whole military faction fighting the rebels of troops comprised of Muslim radicals.
-
Yes. You have legs, use them. And it will accomplish nothing and only make things worse.
-
I don't think you truly know the situation. I doubt you closely follow the war in Syria. Not that that's bad, its just not your area of knowledge or experience. I suggest reading up on the war and then you'll see why what you're saying isn't feasible for many, many Syrians.
-
I know it all too well, it's all the same with Big Government. If you truly learned from experience you'd know why your logic isn't practical in reality.
-
Why are you taking camnator seriously icy? You'll never get through to him.
-
I'm the only one proving Icy wrong constantly, neither of you have reason.
-
neither of you have reason.
Funny, this coming from the guy who suggests people just walk hundreds of miles through a warzone.
-
Why would they walk through a warzone? Quote me saying that. In fact, why would they have to walk more than 15 miles? Again, you just proved you DON'T have reason.
-
In fact, why would they have to walk more than 15 miles?
Because they are trying to leave a country being bombed to hell. They want to live.
-
That's why they should overthrow their corrupt government.
-
They're trying. It's a stalemate.
-
Revolutions are often times necessary, liberty must be paid for by the blood of patriots and tyrants under careful tending.
-
Lol. So, children should be used as human shields for the good of a revolution. Great thinking.
-
You're an idiot if you honestly believe that, or think that I made any type of assertion.
-
You seem to think that it's feasible to walk hundreds of miles through a warzone and that is a perfectly acceptable scenario. So, who knows what else you think of this.
