I'm in hopes that the Fallen`s several factions each have a major base. If this is so I believe one will be Old Russia another a space station and lastly Europa.

The question is if they have many bases like that, would they all be very difficult to get into, or would they be easy in comparison with the Hellmouth for example, with less rewarding loot?
