I use Adblock on everything because I despise ads with a passion.
But when I'm using Pandora on my phone, there's a god damn ad after every song and the annoying thing is that its the same two ads over and over again.

But these were scams.... it's stupid! I'd minimise my browser and oh lookie!! Three things telling me I've won 20000 dollars, and all I need to do is put in my credit details to claim the money fast! If they keep this up, adblock will be permanent on YT.

Sounds to me like you should run a virus check on your computer, just to be sure nothing bad is happening.
