Shrine of Talos
What's the point of it? It does nothing.

That 0.2 rounds down in the description to 0, making it appear as if the blessing has no effect, even though it does properly assign the bonus. There is no current fix for this and having this bug once will ensure having it for the duration of the game.[/quote]

3 RepliesA friend of mine and I actually donned some black cloaks and hiked up Mt. Rainier, saying "Hail Talos" to anyone we passed. Once we got to a reasonable location, we placed a small shrine of Talos down, left a piece of paper explaining what it was, and promptly climbed back down.

It's related to a quest in Markarth. Now, are you talking about the minor Shrines scattered throughout the wilderness? Or the Temple in Markarth? Because the Temple in Markarth is related to a Quest involving the Silver-Blood Family and the Mines/prison.
