Whilst I get the joke you are making, it doesn't mean that deforestation and rare earth element mining isn't -blam!-ing up africa and south america. Or gold mining in indonesia where the mercury run off is killing the people, fish and animals. All these stupid things add up, and animals and species are dying out every day because of human greed. Like how the Wolves, Bears, Beavers, Boars and the like died out in the UK. We hunted them down for food or fun and they are only being reintroduced now. The impact people have is appalling, all in the pursuit of more stupid possessions. A bit like people who purchase ivory. Rather than jail or a fine and having it destroyed. They should be shot and left for the crows.
