I know another person already said this, but Bungie has said multiple times that the Beta will be treated as a full game launch.

Yeah, and developers have said many things over the years only to change them when they decided to. Strict rules of beta still apply and all content is not finalized or shown. Otherwise it wouldn't be a beta. It would be a full outright launch of the game.
