It just needs to grow, there is serious talk at FIFA of an international league for football, like a permanent Champions league (for example, LG2->LG1->Championship->BPL->International league)

So basically from what I can understand, youre talking about taking top teams from the big divisions and putting them into a new division 1? In one way, this sounds like the most exciting thing of all time. In another, it seems completely impossible and I hate it.

Then yes (sorry, you saying [i]divisions[/i] caught me out, I'm too young to call them that), im talking about the BIG clubs like Barca, Man C and Celtic, for them it would be financially beneficial in the long term

It sounds ridiculous. Travelling between stadiums on a weekly basis sounds like far more hassle than its worth. Not to mention how promotion/relegation would even work. It also eliminates certain derbies. Terrible idea, imo. Even if it would be incredible to see all of the best in the world up against each other every week.
