Make sure you don't have any vitamin deficiencies. I take vitamin c, zinc and fish oil daily. Try and read at least 30 minutes a day. Vow to learn a new thing every day; I usually learn history or read up on politics. Work out most days of the week, eat and drink as clean as you can.

I prefer to get my vitamins/minerals from food, not supplements.

  • I don't eat much fish so like to supplement fish oil. And I like to take more than the RDA of Vitamin C/Zinc because it makes my skin look better, boosts my sex drive and makes me feel more refreshed when I do.
