Can someone explain to me what Anarchy and Democracy means.

Anarchy is a system that inputs everyones control suggestion immediately without popular vote. Democracy puts every control to popular vote.

It's a vote for which playing system is in place. If a majority vote one or the others, then it switches over. Democracy = Whichever ever button is pressed the most in 20 seconds will be the button pressed Anarchy = All buttons press by everyone will be registered immediately.
