Yep. Case and point.
A man walks into a women's bathroom. He's in jail for a few months, possibly years.
A woman walks into a guys bathroom. No complaints there.
But seriously, I don't think there are more or less "rights" for either side.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised. Depending on how many people were in there, and how irrational some of them may or may not be, he could be slapped with a hell of a lot of charges.
