It's more of a stupid story then a hated monster, but back when I first picked up mh3u I played with two friends. We all go out on a mission to hunt a low-rank rathian and they go dashing off when the mission starts and start tracking him and start the fight against him. Meanwhile I'm just basically skipping around the other areas picking herbs and bugs for the rest of the mission.
