How do you build a gaming PC that can handle a 4k resolution? What kind of graphics card would you buy for that?

Two 780's will run most games smoothly on ultra at 4k.

  • One GTX TITAN can run Battlefield 3 in 4K at ~44FPS

  • I've heard of the Titan. Can't you put two in one gaming PC, depending the parts used to build it? I've seen Battlefield 4 in 1080p on PC, and that already looks amazing. I can't imagine 4k on games like Skyrim; that would be fun to experience.

  • I'm sure that'd be far more expensive than just two, but thanks for the information. I don't build gaming PCs, but my father does. His only has two.
