I think it would be good to have a morality system by actions.
So if theres a situation where there are prisoners say these prisoners are at gunpoint you could go guns blazing but if your not careful they could get killed or injuried by yours and enemy fire. etc
But i disagree with the fact all bad decisions are evil or wrong
In some circumstances say there's two sets of hostages but you only have limited forces maybe drawing off the majority of a more major VIP to get them out safely is more important that the minor hostages etc of course with more players it would be easier to save both but if the situations are time limited before execution etc

There was an option to leave behind a comrade who had defected to the enemy but he had in the long run triple agented really as he had prevented deaths of many civilians. You get the choice save him aka blown up Or Chase down the enemy base commander and capture him It was evil to save him basicly, even though prior to that you promise another traitor you capture that you will try to capture all your former comrades [spoiler]SWTOR Trooper Campaign[/spoiler]

I hate the view that bad is always wrong there is situations where things that im my view in some games where what was shown as evil would have been in my view a good action etc.
