Yeah, like Butane said, just try to use common sense. Remember that even in Washington and Colorado (as well as other states that have medical marijuana laws), it's still illegal under federal law and many countries, and it's a pretty controversial topic for a video game developer's website anyway.
I agree that this is a clearly shifting area of law, but there's no clear consensus yet, and it's probably a good idea to keep things mildly vague for now.

Thanks for the reply Foman. This is more out of curiosity and how or if the rules change with the laws. Personally I don't really care about pot much, but it came up in thought as someone posted about making brownies (regular ones) from scratch last night and my wife just happened to make (....not regular ones, not a regular thing for us either) from scratch and while it seemed like a serendipitous coincidence and chance to trade recipes I didn't post anything about it as I felt it was probably a bad idea. But that got me curious about the CoC and what you guys thought about it regarding the ever changing legal climate. I consider myself a nerd for the rules (I'm 35 and my 60 year old father makes fun of me for being annoying about rules) and have stayed away from bans and even warnings as such. But as a nerd for rules it made me curious as well....
