There are a lot of things to prevent certain things, but I ain't going to do all of that.

Why should I? I mean, people come up with all kinds of crazy things to [i]live longer[/i]... Just eat healthy and watch your condition a bit. No need to do all kinds of stuff everyday all day long.

It's up to you. I like lifting and this is another reason for others to consider it. No skin off my bones if you don't want to.

I do think you should; this video just explains one of the reasons as to why you should. Whether or not you do is up to you though.
