Ban guns. That intruder obviously should have had the right to commit any crime he wanted without fear of being injured or killed while threatening a law-abiding citizen's life.

Sadly people do advocate for this ideology. My uncle owns a large plot of land in Mississippi and during his day off of work he decided to go and and do some hunting on his property. Finds a deer, takes a shot, but misses. The round went through a small shed, on his land, and it hit a poacher (trespassing) and the poacher sues my uncle for the whole thing and won the lawsuit -blam!-ing -blam!-ed up world this is

Article or it didn't happen. I can't believe, wont believe, that any standing judge is that stupid.
-
Sorry.. but there are judges stupid out there. Some will put people away for less than a year for murder in prison. Stupid shit like that grinds my gears

Allow guns. That old man obviously should have had the right to kill anyone he wanted without fear of being convicted or arrested while threatening a petty thief that o wow didn't even show aggression until after being shot. /gun nut, and this idiot's, logic
-
Except the Thief was inside property not owned by him illegally. That alone justifies severe consequences. Since the Thief wanted to fight with the old man.. he was more dangerous

I don't have a problem with guns I just reworded his post to show the opposite thing I do believe thought that there so be more background checks and prerequisites
I do believe thought that there so be more background checks and prerequisites
Why? Criminals, like 99% of the time, don't get there guns through legal purchases. They get there guns through black market, theft, smuggling, and many other illicit ways. Longer waiting periods is only going to hamper the ability of law-abiding people who are trying to defend themselves from criminals
