By tablets and phones I assumed they lumped in PC as well... thats a bummer. I totally would have subscribed to their service if it was also on PC.

I'm guessing it's because they feel that it would cannibalize their console market. But in all seriousness, would you rather play a console game on a tablet or be able to plug in a PlayStationor *gasp*, an Xbox 360 pad and play it on a computer? It's asinine.
