Hot pressed until it's toasty on the outside and gooey on the inside.
It's a shame few people outside Florida will ever taste one..

Couldn't tell it from the snowbirds that I've met. Most had never even heard of them. But no, I haven't traveled very far from Florida. So I wouldn't know.

Are they good, though? I mean.. real pulled mojo pork and everything? Not that dry sliced stuff you get at the deli? If so.. that's pretty cool.
