Erm... Busy. I joined a group of about thirty members and decided I would organize it for them. It now has double the members and more are still coming everyday with me managing just about everything. I've been trying to plan a date with my girlfriend friday at this dance which keeps getting screwed up. Trying to talk to my father more. Planning a trip to a huge airsoft game with a couple of my friends. And yada yada yada. You?

Group here on B.net. I turned it into a clan. Really I just need somebody to help out with getting new members to "log in" in a thread I made with a list of every fire team and ranks and members. I've been doing it all and Im not sure what the other generals have been doing. What work you been doing? Job?

Always, I told you I ended up working New Year's Eve right? Anyway I got a call two days ago saying that the people that moved in had moved out and was behind on the rent. They said If I can clean the place out Of the stuff in 2 days I installed I can keep it no charge. So there is about 40k worth of gear there that I can resell so I was there down side I have been working no stop from 4-10 every day until about a hour ago when I finished. A suggestion for your group find some people all ready apart and promote then get a couple of captains and say 4 sergeants let split the work 4 ways with the sergeants get a captain to work with 2 of them and then pass it into you it will increase it and you have that set up maybe even get a fifth sergeant to handle new arrivals until the other four catch up.

Well you got a bunch of free stuff! Did/are you keep(ing) anything? There are 4 generals (including me.) 3 admirals and an overseer who are supposed to all be helping but when I brought it up they were all kind of like "Nah you got it." Like some of them will accept a request to join but its still on me to tell new guys, what to do, how to do it, and answer questions. Everybody is more focused on their Fire teams rather than the group in general.

Always a problem ask them if you can promote a couple of guys to general to help see what they say. No I won't keep any of it most of it is low level it was a three story high telemarketing set up so quantity not quality. I just sell it on and well end of year I have some more money might buy myself a something.

Any idea of what you are going to get? I was the primary supporter of keeping it one general per console but that was because of how few members we had... I'll bring it up tomorrow I've been working non stop on it since like last wednesday.
