WiiU2.0 same software, just stronger hardware that will catch up to Sony and Microsoft. Honestly it's the lack of 3rd party support. If they would have been actively attracting developers like bungie, I would have gone to Nintendo for the new system. The problem is really in that right there. All their first party titles are way too childish to get anyone but parents with young kids to buy the console. Nintendo has really just screwed itself in the long run with its isolationism in development. The 3DS is only successful because of pokemon and animal crossing, and that's just about it. I doubt the 3DS would've survived long without those two.

Owning Nintendo games mean your childish? I mean I was in high school only a few years ago and a lot of people still played Nintendo games. Hell, some of the best drinking games in college are played with Nintendo games.

It's not necessarily the games themselves, but the way they're presented. Honestly I loved Mario party as a kid on the n64 and would be playing it still, but the first party titles are all that dominate the wiiu. So while Nintendo isn't really making games just for kids, they're stubbornness to see that they aren't competing in the console market anymore will drag them down
