First worked when I was 15 during summer and then again when I moved to England last year.

From my experience, the chicken is so rubbery and tasteless that if I was blindfolded I'd assume I was eating a tire. The vegetables I like are always dry and have a subtle brown tint to them. And it doesn't matter what restaurant I go to, whenever I say I want a [b]little[/b] mayo, they load it up on me and I'm too nice to complain.

That's your problem then, complain if you Dont want that much mayo on it or leave it specifically clear. If you're paying for someone to make a sub the way YOU want it and don't complain about it then that's your problem. In my experience at the places ive worked I've never noticed the salads to be dry nor the chicken to be rubbery. I'd know, I had to prepare them and later when I finished shift I would make my own sub from the same product everyone else eats. You must just be going to shit subways.
