Hate to break it to you, but if this is real your wife will have a huge advantage over you in the courts when it comes to custody simply because she's a woman.

Edited by Demigod: 1/19/2014 2:55:54 AMHate to say it but it's really true. My mother just said my dad the threatened to kill her with no evidence beyond her word and they took me away and put my dad over 200k in debt. Legal system is a -blam!-ing joke.

Edited by Fallen Hero: 1/19/2014 4:42:41 AMYeah my mom did the same too. She also claimed he (my dad) was in the CIA and that apparently didn't throw up any god damn red flags. The first year she said he owed her over 10k in child support (which would mean didn't pay the whole year) and the judge still garnished his wages even though he knew that my dad can't not pay because it's an automated system here and taken out automatically. Then when my dad proved she lied she never had to pay him back and never got held responsible for perjury. He also had to pay support while my mom went on the run with my sister and I. He didn't get to see us for 3 years. She got away with a lot of other unlawful stuff and it wasn't until my dad represented himself and got a new judge that he finalized the divorce and won custody.

My mom also claimed that my dad was in the Mexican Mafia. Probably the dumbest shit I ever heard. In regards to not paying back money, she also took all the money my dad had saved up (including my college fund) and lied about taking it in court until the judge forced the truth out of her, and even then it was never brought up again. Needless to say she pissed away my college fund and acts like she did nothing wrong.

Edited by Fallen Hero: 1/19/2014 4:00:18 PMYeah my dad lost his house a few years before it was to be payed off. He wanted her to get a psyche exam so when it was court ordered he had to get one too and pay for it in advance and my mom just skipped it and the court hearing and the judge was like "Yeah don't do that again please". But any little thing my dad did my mom or the judge didn't like came with the threat of jail time and further garnished wages if he didn't comply. There was actually a point where his wages were maxed to the legal level and he was only bringing home like a $150 or $200 and he was making over $800. The judge also tried making him pay off my mom's credit card bills from when she was running from the courts but luckily he got out of it. We were living in a rental car with her until her credit cards stopped working and we got in a staples parking lot I went in more than once in a 6 hour period an employee recognized me and when asked I told we were living in it and they called the cops. They called my dad because of the divorce and when he asked if he could pick us up they wouldn't let him so I, my sister and mom all got separated into an orphanage and a homeless shelter. After a week my grandpa picked us all up and we lived with him for 6 months then we moved back to my home town and my mom started getting really crazy and I could not leave the house unless with her. She would stand at the bus stop with me and 10 other kids to watch me and talk to herself. She would also come visit multiple times a day to make sure I wasn't attacked and even got caught peeking in the bushes at my sister's 1st grade class. Meanwhile my dad filed a complaint on the judge and when the judge went to indianapolis he got drunk and backed into the cop who pulled him over. Then there was a final hearing number (#13 I believe) with the new judge and my dad won representing himself.

My parents are about to go into the divorce courts and even now I'm concerned she will lie through her teeth to get custody of my little brothers. Literally every aspect of her is a drunken irresponsible wretch who is off with the faries but the court system is so disgustingly biased all she needs to do is get her current boyfriend to give her another black eye and say it was my dad. He goes to jail, she gets the money, I push her off a cliff and meet my dad in jail ._.

Yeah it's so damn stupid. My mom pretty much ruined everybody's lives during it. I never had a social life for most of my childhood, my dad lost everything and missed out on my sister and I's childhood and raising us, a lot of my family never got to see me and my dad's dad died right before my dad got custody so he never seen me since I was a child, my mom's parents were just kinda used and my mom blamed them and treated them like shit blaming them for her physical condition. I pretty much don't want anything to do with her.

I don't think I'll ever understand how a mother can be so twisted towards her children. Mine is a shining example of 'Boo hoo I had a bad childhood, better destroy the lives of 4 of my own children because that will make it all better'
-
Yeah I'm lucky it's been 6 years since I lived my mom. I hope everything turns out alright for your dad and you and your siblings best.
-
Yeah thanks, she lives about 300 miles away from us so thankfully we don't have to see her often. Once or twice a year is enough... Ah well, the court should be entertaining in the least. I'll try not to sneeze whenever she talks... my bullshit allergies you see... >:/

I wish I could have been in court and seen some of the stuff my dad did. Lots of interesting stuff went down apparently haha.

Hillory "Cliton". HA. This country will cease to exist with a woman as the president.

Wrong post Holmes

No, I just read the whole conversation. The whole thing about women having more power over men in the court of law is why I brought her up.

I kind of figured that.
