Gender shifting and talking a lot??
There's a serious answer about "popularity" and the like under my skull but my Ralts is soon to evolve and I can't be distracted now

It's a Pokemon. In Sapphire it has a 4% sight chance and can only be caught in one spot. It's final evolution is one of, if not [i]the[/i], strongest psychic type available. Difficult to train, not as much as dragon/dark types can be, it's a real satisfying feeling leveling them up. My Aron is my favorite in my team however. She's a no nonsense walking tank.
