Whereas the Dunmer are all cool with living in Morrowind and generally living.

I don't really care about Wood Elves. Even so, you are right, a lot of them (In Skyrim anyway) don't like the Thalmor. Yes, the Argonians and Dunmer have a... Strained history, but the Dunmer were punished enough after the Argonians invaded when Vvardenfell erupted. So I can see the Argonians being satisfied with that. The Khajiit have nothing to do with either race. Also, ESO. The Ebonheart Pact.

If you happen to be talking about ESO (>Second Era, of course you are, silly me), which I haven't played or seen anything about other then concept art, then I'm not suprised if there was an invasion or something. They are rival factions in a war after all, that's nothing groundbreaking.
