Slapping butt: Does it merit a sexual harassment law suit?
Everyone is doing it. Then you get that one sensitive loser that files a lawsuit and ruins everyone's year.

They ask you crude questions and you have to be polite otherwise you're a bitch. Your manager grabs a feel here and there but it's just "joking around" if you bring it up. You should calm down and take it as a compliment anyway. You should be happy men are throwing themselves at you. Despite you saying you have a boyfriend they guilt trip you. They make you feel bad. The more you politely resist the more forceful they become. Hostile. They resort to calling you names. Even spitting at you. You're assaulted. But you should calm down. It's a -blam!-ing compliment. What I'm saying is After awhile its not a joke. After so many days of taking it "as you should" you get -blam!-ing tired of it. You can compliment a woman without slapping her god damn ass. You didn't ask. You didn't have permission to touch her. //rant Will probably delete later.

If my sister or a female friend of mine got physically assaulted on the street, that person is getting decked and then kicked.

For example, a cheeky ass grab when no one is watching, IMO, does not action a full blown court case. It does however, require a verbal or written warning from a superior, followed by an immediate suspension. An all out grope with the intention of public humiliation however? Then it would merit a law suit.
